Our beautiful historic clubhouse is available to rent for all of your events including weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, etc.

Pricing is as follows:

  • $30 per hour plus a $100 refundable security/cleaning deposit (8 hr. maximum)

  • $400 per day plus a $150 refundable security/cleaning deposit

  • $700 for two days plus a $200 refundable security/cleaning deposit

Also available in the rental price are folding tables and chairs for your use. Our tablecloths and chair covers are no longer available. The refundable security/cleaning deposit is due when the contract is signed upon. 

Also required to rent the historic Florence Woman's Clubhouse is a certificate of insurance with $1,000,000 in liability. The insurance certificate is required whether you have alcohol or not. 


You can check with your homeowners insurance to see if they will issue a rider on your homeowners policy to cover the clubhouse. Please keep in mind that they may or may not include alcohol coverage. If they do not, you will be required to obtain additional event insurance if alcohol is present.
